  • We act as both the general contractor and the hands-on crew completing the work on site. This means we manage the project from start to finish — coordinating timelines, materials, and workflow — while also being directly involved in the construction and finishing work.

    Depending on the size and scope of the project, we bring in trusted sub-trades when needed, such as licensed electricians, plumbers, or HVAC professionals. These are people we’ve built strong, long-term relationships with, ensuring the same quality, reliability, and attention to detail throughout every stage of your renovation.

    1. If you haven’t worked with B&R before, the very first step is to reach out to us via our contact page or our email. If your know exactly what you want and the perimeters of your project, go to our request an estimate page and fill out the form. 

    2. Once we receive your email you will get a reply back within 48 business hours to schedule a call and go over the details of your project. 

    3. We will then conduct an in-home consultation to thoroughly review the perimeters of your project and give you an accurate estimate. 

  • Our schedule depends heavily on the size and scope of the project. Smaller jobs — like paint touch-ups, feature walls, or tile backsplashes — can often be fit in sooner, worked around slower days on larger projects.

    However, full bathroom renovations, full interior repaints, and other large-scale projects require dedicated time blocks in our schedule, which means they typically book further out. As a general guideline, it’s best not to expect work to start for about 4–8 weeks, though this can vary throughout the year.

    Certain projects, such as kitchen renovations, also include a design and planning phase, which extends timelines before on-site work begins.

    We always recommend reaching out early — even if you’re just starting to plan — so we can discuss your project, schedule, and how we can best fit you in. But it’s never too late to call — sometimes we can still make it work sooner than you think.

    Smaller projects, like a tile backsplash or bathroom refresh, might take just a few days to complete. Larger projects, such as a full bathroom or kitchen renovation, often range from a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on scope and unforeseen delays.

    We take the time to plan each stage properly to minimize downtime and avoid surprises, keeping you informed throughout the process so you always know what to expect.
